Where duplicate accounts are identified, ch777 reserves the right to merge accounts, forfeit bonus funds associated with any duplicate, and permanently suspend the User from the platform.

3.4 KYC Verification. ch777 may require Users to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of payment method ownership, or proof of residential address. ch777 may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending satisfactory KYC completion. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.
